So been a bit rubbish at having a blog, had not realised the commitment I was entering into. I will do better this week…..
So to catch up, I have been sticking to my diet, did have a bit of wheat last weekend, which seemed to up set the tummy a little bit. I was good the rest of the week except when I found that some of the meat free products I use have milk and gluten in.
This weeks going to keep away from them, have a meal plan on soups and salad for lunches and fresh fish, ratatouille, gluten free pasta and an attempt to make a chinese meal with no gluten in for dinners.
Will be having another cook up with Mr L this afternoon, will be blogging some pics later.
